Keiron Northcott and Nick Beaton established their Insurance Brokerage in 1990 after several years in the Insurance Industry, working and training as Underwriters in commercial, property and liability risks.
We have been involved in the underwriting of risks that vary from National Bus Companies to International Folk Festivals, and from professional sporting organisations to bird scarers at International Airports.
Therefore, when in 2000 we broadened our business interests, and with Gary Coles formed Property Search South West to provide Personal Searches to the local legal community, we used our underwriting and brokering skills to introduce our own level of adverse entry cover, and have included this cover with every personal search that Property Search South West has carried out since it started trading.
In 2003, we formed our own network of agents, by association or training and passed our own high standards of competence on to them, which included the adverse entry insurance. Click here for more information on the Property Search Network.
