Claims Service

All our major insurers offer a fast and efficient claims service. In the event of a claim, you can either go direct (usually via a 24-hour Freefone number) or via ourselves. 

If you choose to go via us, then we'll forward all correspondence to the insurer on your behalf, update you regularly on the claim's progress including settlement details and raise any queries on your behalf.

If a Loss Adjuster's been appointed, we're more than happy to attend any meetings with you. Just let us know when and where.
