Personal Accident and Sickness
This product protects a company’s most important resource: its people. It covers directors and employees against accidents and sickness. It offers flexible benefits, which can be either passed on to staff or used to cover unplanned business expenses, such as recruitment costs to replace employees. Cover includes payments or a lump sum following permanent injury or fatality as the result of an accident.
- Employees can be covered on a 24-hour basis or while they’re working or travelling to and from work.
- The benefits paid to an employer can be passed on to staff.
- Protects businesses against the financial consequences of re-training employees, loss of output and hiring of temporary staff or overtime expenses.
Option to include Sickness cover – providing a weekly payment if an employee is absent from work as a result of an illness.
