We are one of very few brokers to offer Search Indemnity Insurance to both personal Search Agents and Home Information Pack (HIP) providers. Through our involvement with Property Search South West, a HIP provider, we have an in-depth understanding of the industry and its compliance requirements.

• Warrants the information provided by the Local Authority whether this is included in a Personal Search or an official Local Authority Search
