Latent Defects

Overview
These products are specially designed to cover companies who are commissioning the construction of a new commercial or industrial building and typically run for up to 12 years from the date of the Practical Completion Certificate. Defective design, workmanship or materials, undetected at the time of build, can result in structural damage at a later date. This can prove extremely costly to put right, without the right cover in place.
